Bale Weight Disclaimer
Hay is a natural product and bale weights may vary. Listed weights are based on average estimates provided by the farmer and verified scale readings. Individual bales may be lighter or heavier than the stated average.
Pricing is consistent across all bales and is not adjusted based on individual bale weight.
Delivery & Returns
Customers are responsible for inspecting hay upon delivery. Due to varying storage conditions and Florida weather, all claims regarding hay quality or condition must be reported within 72 hours of delivery. Claims made after 72 hours will not be accepted.
Returned bales must be unopened and in the same condition as delivered. Opened, used, or altered bales will not be accepted for return unless specifically approved by management.
Approved returns may be exchanged for replacement hay or issued as store credit.
